1. On 05/03/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on steel propane cylinders from Thailand (A-549-839) for the period 08/01/2021 through 07/31/2022. This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00064. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries that: 1) were produced and exported by Sahamitr Pressure Container Plc.; 2) were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Steel Propane Cylinders from Thailand: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022, 89 FR 13690 (2/23/2024 ); as amended by Steel Propane Cylinders from Thailand: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022, 89 FR 22123 (3/29/2024); and 3) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 08/01/2021 through 07/31/2022. 3. Effective 05/03/2024, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 05/03/2024. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
